Ep. 6 - Embrace the Unknown: Ayahuasca + Nomadic Living with Anna
This interview episode features Anna, a scenic artist in the film industry, and certified yoga teacher. Anna grew up in Los Angeles, and now she lives seasonally and nomadically -- from Brooklyn, NY, to Palm Springs, CA, and all over the world. In this interview, we covered:
- Helping our nervous system recover after long periods of stress;
- How Anna and I met in Peru, and first started working with sacred plant medicines;
- Her experience of what an Ayahuasca ceremony looks like;
- Nature as the ultimate teacher, and the wisdom of our bodies;

...and more. As a disclaimer, we are absolutely not experts on Ayahuasca or sacred plants. This is simply a discussion among friends, sharing our own personal experiences. If this is something you are curious about, I encourage you to find true experts on these plants, most of whom are indigenous peoples who have been working with these plants and medicines and traditions for many generations. We are simply scratching the surface here, and of course, this episode is no substitute for doing your own research.
